Noodles on a Bike

Well after waking up late we got to the Metro.
Upon stepping out of the Metro the rain began. And it came on quite hard.
So we went to a café and had ice cream and coffee.

When the rained slowed we made our way to Les Invalides where Napoleon's tomb is.
His tomb is HUGE. And of course there are a couple of other people burried there.
Plus we got to see rooms and rooms and rooms of armour.
Very very cool.

Then we went down a cute little street lined with various food shops and bought a picnic to eat on the lawn in front of the Eiffel Tower before that night's boat tour.
Got some great cheese and a bagette.
Wonderful.

Then we walked to the Bateaux-Mouches or something like that.
The boat ride was awesome.
We saw everything from a new perspective and got to view the Eiffel Tower lighting up from the river!

All in all a beautiful day.
Wonderful food.
And I am oddly happy.

Hello tomorrow, I'm going to go find cereal.
