Whatever happened to a story about an African Princess?

Hmmmm???


I mean, they've got Jasmin, Mulan and plenty of white girls, but where are the stories about a Latino girl and an African girl? And perhaps the Middle Eastern women should have another chance because Jasmin didn't really have her own story she was just a side thing in Aladdin.

Yeah, so, who wants to call Disney with me and tell them to stop dicking around with the sequels and start making good old fashioned stereotype movies with (maybe?) a new twist.


And while they're at it there's this great children's book out called King and King, by: Linda de Haan and Stern Hijland (and yes, it's exactly what you're thinking).

As far as I'm concerned, this sounds like a wonderful idea for a Disney Classic.
