I finally now have a list of everything I collect.
Mkays.

*Pink elephants
-Mostly little figurines and such, I also have a elephanty bank and an ornament.
*Frog ornaments.
-I think I have... 5? Probably 4.
*Insect ornaments.
-Okay, so I don't think I actually have any of these yet, but I'm going to get a praying mantis ornment for my ornament this year.

And, yeah.
Probably add this to the list:
*Vintage hats.

How about cooking ornaments?
I should collect those too.
I have cheese ornaments, of course they're now called the Cheeses Ornaments (because cheeses sounds like Jesus.)
