Sooo.... guess what?

I'm back on the weight loss horse.
Again.
:sigh:

I've really let myself go this time. And not your typical, oh "I gained a few Holiday pounds" let yourself go, but honest-to-goodness, "I really let myself go."

So I'm trying to get back to the way I lost weight the first time. Last time I started with exercise and then progressed to calorie counting, but I really think that calorie counting is what made the difference between dieting and losing weight.
Only problem: I forgot how much work it is! And I forgot how much I hate seeing that my delicious coffee creamer costs my no-calorie coffee a whole 35 calories.
BLEH.

Oh well. Here goes the weight loss challenge!
