Two finals.
A ton of LaO: SVU.
Then I got the crazy idea to take Ellie to Bidwell, and do a 5K.
It was fun, I took it easy. Hopefully the taking it easy combined with the 10K from a month ago will mean less sore-ness tomorrow.
In other news since I started calorie counting I've been being much more behaved about my eating... except for Sunday. I managed to eat over 4000 calories.
Disgusting. I should know better. Ugh.
Actually, the blame lies in my consumption of two doughnuts (one was a very, very late night snack) and the drinking of an iced coffee, not the Starbucks kind that I usually get but the extremely caloric-heavy Dutch Brothers. I think I'll be avoiding their over-sized iced drinks for a while and sticking with my plain iced coffee and milk.
Anyways, the battle continues. This Wednesday I take my weight and measurements again so I'll see if there's any improvement. I can only hope!
Oh, and I did make a positive contribution for my weight loss goals; I signed up for the FitU program at my university! They do nutrition, counseling and fitness plans for $50 bucks. If you complete the program (i.e. go to all your scheduled meetings) you get $25 back! Not bad, especially if it works.
