I forgot to count calories. It's surprisingly difficult to count when I'm at home and there are so many grazing opportunities. But I've done it before and I can do it now. I will do it now. Again, I'm going to continue to add exercise. I've been walking the dogs a little bit nothing compared with what I should be doing. Fruit addition has gone pretty well, so I'll try to focus on veggies for this week.
